Senior IT System Analyst

Primaris Services is an IT company with over 250 experts and 15 years of experience operating in the Polish and international markets. They deliver complex projects across various industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media, serving over 40 active clients. Their services include system development from scratch, maintenance, product implementations, and providing expert teams or individual experts to client structures. They are a gold partner of UiPath in Robotic Process Automation, building robots and selling licenses to clients.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in system analysis, solution design, and complex integrations
• Very good knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed system design patterns
• Practical experience designing and integrating REST API and asynchronous/event-driven communication with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Ability to model processes and solutions using UML, BPMN, and domain-driven design (DDD)
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in data modeling and database design
• Very good knowledge of Git and experience working with GitFlow
• Practical experience with VS Code and GitHub Copilot, including Agent Mode
• Experience building or using AI agents, custom skills, and AI/GenAI workflows
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and designing effective prompts for LLM models
• Knowledge of orchestration tools for AI agents and workflows such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Practical experience with RAG solutions, embeddings, and vector databases
• Understanding of AI Factory / GenAI Factory concepts and AI solution deployment and maintenance processes
• Experience working with MCP

• Realize system analyses and design modern IT solutions in a microservices architecture using AI/GenAI

• Design integrations between systems

• Model processes and domain

• Develop solutions based on REST API and event-driven communication using Kafka and RabbitMQ

• Apply AI practically in software development processes using tools like GitHub Copilot, AI agents, custom skills, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and MCP

• Remote onboarding and cooperation including:

  • Phone interview up to 30 minutes
  • Remote meeting with Product Owner (30-60 minutes)
