Analityk Biznesowo - Systemowy (KYC)

Upvanta sp. z o.o. is recruiting an analyst responsible for business and system analysis related to KYC processes, cooperating with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT system architects.

• Minimum 3 years of IT industry experience as a Business-System Analyst
• Experience in the KYC area
• Knowledge of IT system architecture concepts
• Ability to model and document IT processes and systems
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and verifying business requirements
• Practical knowledge of UML 2.* and BPMN 2.0
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
• Ability to organize work independently and execute tasks
• Willingness to work in the Wrocław office 1-2 times per month

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in the banking sector

• Analyze and gather business and system requirements
• Model business and system processes
• Prepare analytical and functional documentation
• Collaborate with clients and project teams
• Participate in analytical workshops and project meetings
• Create functional specifications for development teams
• Support IT solution architecture design
• Verify consistency of requirements and proposed solutions
• Participate in system integration analysis
• Collaborate in testing and acceptance of functionalities

Candidates must be willing to work in the Wrocław office 1-2 times per month.
