Senior UX/UI Designer

• Experience in automotive, mobility, or complex consumer-facing digital environments
• Ability to work autonomously and lead design in complex, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and align senior stakeholders
• Ability to frame problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction
• End-to-end product design capabilities including UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution
• Experience working with multiple clients, sectors, and varying design maturity levels
• Comfortable with both business-as-usual and retained delivery models managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience with complex, tokenised design systems and component architecture including variants and scalable design patterns
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and behavior logic
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with scalable, well-structured design files for collaboration and handover
• Experience working across multiple brands and visual identities maintaining design consistency and quality
• Expertise in translating user research and data into design decisions
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and recommendations
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards, conversion principles, and user-centered design best practices

• Create exceptional digital experiences focusing on user experience and interface design
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team on a diverse range of projects
• Bridge UX and UI, delivering end-to-end design expertise across products, services, devices, and channels
• Define user journeys, interaction models, visual design, micro-interactions, and component behavior
• Shape digital products and services through the full design spectrum from discovery to high-fidelity UI execution
• Lead design thinking across complex and ambiguous problem spaces
• Produce high-quality supporting design artefacts such as prototypes, presentations, and visual assets to support stakeholders and user research
• Translate user research and data into actionable design insights
