• Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish.
• Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development.
• Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort with or willingness to work with the technology stack: Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, SQS/SNS/Kafka, SQL, NoSQL.

• Lead a development team by recruiting top talents, mentoring, building processes, and fostering engineering culture.
• Centralize team activities including new feature development, automation, testing, bug management, and iteration planning in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to execute the product roadmap.
• Develop features end-to-end, including product ideation, UI/UX collaboration, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment analysis.
• Participate as a key member in leadership forums overseeing employee development and growth.
