Squad Lead – AI Platform Engineering

• Experience in AI Transformation / AI Delivery.
• Proven experience in leadership and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile, process engineering, and governance.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI solution architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, AI Platforms, or MLOps.

• Lead the team and oversee end-to-end delivery.
• Manage priorities, planning, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure governance, security, and production readiness.
• Support the development of AI architecture and technology direction.
• Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
