PKO BP Finat is the client company located in Warszawa, specializing in IT project coordination and delivery, particularly in technical aspects of IT projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project implementation, including coordination of technical teams.
• Knowledge of software development and maintenance processes.
• Understanding of system integration, solution architecture, and deployments.
• Ability to plan and coordinate parallel work across multiple teams.
• Skills to identify and manage technical risks and project dependencies.
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business representatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical IT project management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools for project planning and reporting.
• Proficient English for communication within project environment.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO, or AgilePM certification.
• Experience with data platforms, system integrations, or cloud solutions.
• Experience collaborating with external IT vendors.

• Coordinate and realize IT projects from the technical side.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts, administrators, and testers for timely solution delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical work ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify technical risks and system dependencies, initiate mitigation actions.
• Support preparation of estimations, schedules, deployment, and migration plans.
• Organize and lead project meetings and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with business project manager to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Report status, key risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate activities of multiple teams and vendors involved in the project.
• Support solving project issues and removing obstacles affecting project delivery.
