Project Manager

• Higher education degree (economics, management, computer science or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience delivering web, mobile, e-commerce, migration, and technology projects.
• Experience working with project teams of several to a dozen or more members.
• Practical experience working with IT development teams.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to set clear objectives and present project concepts.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) and software development processes.
• Knowledge of tools: MS Project, Jira (FlexiProject or similar would be an advantage).
• Very good command of English, including technical English.

• Defining, monitoring, and analyzing key project parameters and performance indicators.
• Developing and implementing project communication strategies and plans.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating project documentation.
• Monitoring project budgets.
• Coordinating communication with all project stakeholders.
• Coordinating activities related to the preparation, negotiation, and conclusion of project-related agreements.
• Processing personal data to the extent necessary for project delivery, in accordance with applicable laws and the procedures of the Client.
• Cooperating with clients, technology partners, and the Client's subcontractors in the area of project management.
