IT Product Manager

Axabee is a company providing innovative IT products, services, and digital solutions since 2012, specializing in the tourism and e-commerce sectors, cooperating with brands like Itaka and Čedok.

• Documented commercial product experience (minimum 3 years) with delivery of at least one product at scale.
• Experience across full product development cycle: ideation, validation, delivery, continuous discovery.
• Outcome-focused prioritization approach over output.
• Experience in travel industry and delivering sales products for internal teams and external clients, understanding seasonality, booking and sales processes, and reservation systems.
• Knowledge of product and agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Data analysis skills and basic knowledge of analytical tools.
• Familiarity with prioritization techniques and backlog management.
• Basic knowledge of software development process for effective collaboration with technical team.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and incomplete data.
• Good self-organization and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of travel industry.

• Create product strategy and vision aligned with business goals, setting product objectives (e.g., OKR).
• Analyze market, competition, and trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Conduct Continuous Discovery by verifying hypotheses (prototypes, MVPs, A/B tests) and collecting feedback from clients and sales.
• Maintain product roadmap, manage backlog, and prioritize tasks with clear justification.
• Translate business and user needs into requirements, user stories, and PRDs.
• Act as main contact for development team and accept delivered functionalities.
• Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue) and report results.
• Lead sales products cross-functionally and co-create go-to-market plans.
