UX/UI Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in design or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design or related field.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of WCAG standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to provide examples of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, or other relevant UX/UI work.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Sketch and Zeplin.

• Collaborate with UX/UI leadership to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, aligning new products with the design system.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Assist in building and maintaining the design system and guidelines.
• Summarize user research and apply data to current baseline designs and new product initiatives.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
