BI Analyst

• Higher education in IT or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working with data warehouses.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle DB.
• Experience in data modeling, including star schemas and fact/dimension models.
• Experience working with ETL systems.
• Practical knowledge of SAS Institute technologies, especially SAS 4GL.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Experience in Scrum methodology.

• Designing and developing analytical solutions for the property insurance area.
• Analyzing business needs and translating them into analytical solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
• Modeling data using star schemas, facts, and dimensions.
• Preparing documentation for developers.
• Supporting testing of deployed solutions.
