Banking industry. Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the office in Warsaw.

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, Data Governance, or data management.
• Higher education (first degree).
• Ability to analyze and model business processes.
• Experience in preparing process documentation and business requirements.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, Business Glossary, and Metadata Management.
• Ability to define workflows, process rules, and responsibilities.
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.

Nice to have:

• Skills in leading analytical workshops.
• Experience working in complex environments.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Project management certifications.

• Analyze business requirements related to data and metadata management.
• Design and document Data Governance processes.
• Conduct analytical workshops and agreements with stakeholders.
• Develop roles, responsibilities, and RACI matrices.
• Define functional requirements for data management solutions.
• Prepare operational procedures, instructions, and training materials.
• Support functional testing and business acceptance.
• Monitor process compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams during solution implementations.
