Junior SAP FI/CO Business Consultant

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow plays a key role in the company's transformation, providing standardized services in Finance, Procurement, and Master data, acting as the Group Digital Transformation engine through its Centers of Excellence and operational teams.

• Experience supporting users in an SAP environment (service desk, application support, key/super user)
• Previous experience within IT support, Service Desk, or a similar role
• Structured approach to troubleshooting and patience to follow cases through to resolution
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English
• Ability to work independently while staying well-connected in a remote, cross-border team
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Accuracy and compliance mindset; experience with VIM access and Internal Control reporting is important

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP transports
• Experience with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
• Experience with automation technologies like RPA or robot-based processes
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti
• Experience in an international enterprise environment

• Provide 1st line support for SAP incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting and resolution
• Escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd line support as necessary
• Process and quality check SAP transports
• Manage VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) user access and support Internal Control reporting
• Monitor SAP-related automation and robot processes and coordinate with the RPA team for adjustments or new automation
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles
• Contribute to process improvements and service quality initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and business functions
