Senior SAP FI/CO Business Consultant

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is part of Danish Crown’s transformation journey, providing standardized and efficient services in Finance, Procurement, and Master data. GBS acts as the Group Digital Transformation engine and operates Operational teams delivering global services for Finance, Procurement, Master data, HR, and IT.

• Several years of experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant (minimum 5 years)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to build trust and engage stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate business needs into valuable software solutions
• Team player thriving in cross-functional environments
• Takes ownership, shows initiative, and drives progress
• Values feedback and contributes to a collaborative team culture
• Willingness to travel up to 20 days per year to support and implement solutions
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working is an advantage
• Fluent in English

• Lead design, configuration, and support of SAP FI modules focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial accounting requirements into SAP system solutions
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including asset closing, lease accounting adjustments, and bank reconciliation
• Drive process improvements and automation within Financial Accounting to enhance efficiency, controls, and standardization
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and global accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Controlling, Procurement, Treasury, IT) to ensure integrated end-to-end processes
• Provide incident resolution and continuous support including root cause analysis and system enhancements
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, especially in FI-AA, leasing, and banking capabilities
