Product Manager

Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company building technology that helps users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it with confidence. The company offers an AI-powered cloud platform, RelativityOne, which is used by over 13,000 organizations globally for litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and other legal work. The Integration Platform team focuses on eventing, orchestration, and service-to-service communication capabilities within the platform.

• 3+ years of Product Management experience at a technology company with ownership through a product lifecycle stage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience conducting discovery and usability testing for customer feedback.
• Data-informed mindset using metrics to analyze product health and success.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills with strong business and technical acumen.
• Active user of AI tools for prototyping and research.

Preferred:

• 2+ years in cloud, API, or integration-focused environments.
• Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and service-to-service communication.
• Experience building developer-facing platform capabilities like APIs or SDKs.
• Familiarity with AI integration standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Agent-to-Agent (A2A).
• Technical foundation in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, and UX/UI teams.
• Experience with OKRs or outcome-based prioritization frameworks.

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and goals for the Integration Platform product area in collaboration with product leadership.
• Build and use user, market, and competitive knowledge along with data to shape product direction.
• Communicate roadmap value to stakeholders and leadership, achieving buy-in with evidence.
• Define and track product health indicators and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Conduct structured discovery including interviews, usability testing, and experimentation.
• Contribute to build/buy/partner decisions for the product area.
• Engage in exploratory technical design with engineers and architects.
• Make scoping and prioritization recommendations, transparently documenting trade-offs.
• Manage high-priority defect triage and maintain platform reliability standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate product direction and support go-to-market activities.
• Utilize AI tools in prototyping, research, spec drafting, and customer insight.
• Build consensus and influence teams without authority, removing blockers and aligning stakeholders.
• Provide and seek high-quality feedback to support continuous improvement.
