Senior Software Engineer, Data Platform Insights

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience with data-intensive systems and infrastructure-as-code in cloud environments.
• Proficient in Python or another mainstream OOP language with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices with emphasis on observability, testing, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Driven by customer success with experience leading and delivering complex cross-team projects.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Delta Lake/Iceberg or equivalents.

• Own, provision, and improve the cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, Databricks, and Airflow running 800+ daily workflows.
• Build and maintain internal Python tools and CI/CD pipelines for data teams to validate, test, and release dbt models and data products.
• Build and maintain observability layers, alerting systems, and deployment pipelines for platform health, uptime, and cost tracking.
• Define, design, and deliver intuitive solutions to ensure customer success and actively shape platform direction.
• Promote software engineering best practices to raise product and technical quality standards.
