UX Researcher

• Higher education in design, computer science, psychology, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a similar role.
• Practical experience with tools such as Figma and Zeplin.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Ability to prepare interview scripts, survey questionnaires, usability test materials.
• Skills in analyzing user needs, behaviors, motivations, and problems, translating findings into recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
• Fluent English language skills (B2+/C1).

Nice to have:

• Experience conducting user interviews.
• Experience with surveys.
• Basic data analysis skills.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to accomplish research objectives.
• Select appropriate qualitative and quantitative user research methods considering project goals, timeline, and resources.
• Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Prepare interview scenarios, discussion guides, surveys, and usability test materials.
• Collect and analyze user feedback and data.
• Formulate conclusions and recommendations to support design decisions.
• Organize and maintain research results in a central repository.
• Contribute to developing consistent research processes and documentation standards.
• Build cooperation with UX/UI teams, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Utilize data and user research evidence to improve design decision accuracy.
