HR Operations & Compliance Specialist (M/K)

• Experience in HR Operations, payroll, or HR administration in Poland
• Higher education in HR, labor law, administration or related fields
• Good knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll processes
• Experience with Płatnik and ePUE systems
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level
• High accuracy, responsibility, and experience managing HR documentation

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of labor law
• Experience with Workday and ADP systems

• Manage comprehensive HR administration in Poland including annexes, employment condition changes, FTE, and remote work
• Issue employee certificates, income documents, and PIT-11 forms
• Handle ZUS and tax processes including registrations, deregistrations, and systems like Płatnik and ePUE
• Manage wage garnishments and collaboration with bailiffs
• Prepare reports for external institutions such as PFRON and GUS and support audits and inspections
• Maintain and archive employee documentation and participate in HR process improvements
