• Ability to create and maintain product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Strong understanding of the Product Owner role and software development process.
• Capability to monitor progress and realization of product goals.
• Advanced skills in backlog management and prioritization based on business value.
• In-depth knowledge of technologies including systems, API, integrations, and technical limitations.
• Ability to assess the impact of technological decisions on the product.
• Skills in conducting discovery including research, workshops, and user needs analysis.
• Delivered at least three commercial products, including at least one in the insurance sector.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing EIS or Guidewire systems for claims and benefits.
• Collaboration with UX and understanding of design processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or log analysis.

• Creating and maintaining the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations and product direction.
• Ensuring the proper software development process according to the Product Owner role.
• Monitoring work progress and product goal achievement.
• Advanced backlog management and prioritization based on business value.
• Ensuring backlog transparency and its comprehension by the team and stakeholders.
• Creating complete User Stories and breaking down requirements into releasable elements.
• Utilizing tools Jira, Confluence, and Miro in product work.
• Analyzing and monitoring product metrics such as TTM, ROI, KPI, OKR, NPS, and business and operational metrics.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody.
