Senior Fullstack Engineer - AI

The role is part of the dedicated SignNow team, which serves over 28 million users globally with electronic signature solutions to improve productivity and document workflows.

• At least 5 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building production software with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), including context setup, work decomposition, and validation.
• Practical commercial experience with PHP, Node.js, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of Docker for development and deployment.
• Practical experience with testing methodologies and understanding of sufficient coverage.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions.
• Ability to write technical documentation using models like C4 and ADRs.
• Strong skills in task decomposition and prioritization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Deliver product features using AI coding agents, writing detailed specs and tasks incorporating architecture and team standards.
• Review and verify AI agent-generated code with high rigor.
• Take full ownership of features from requirement clarification to post-release monitoring.
• Improve team collaboration with AI agents by refining shared context, prompts, and guardrails.
• Conduct code and documentation reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Participate in duty rotations to monitor production systems and respond to incidents.
• Continuously grow technically within a high-quality engineering culture.
