Product Manager (TaxCare)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in taxation, financial reporting, or operations within FinTech, Banking, Capital Markets, Big4, or Brokerage Houses.
• Practical knowledge of capital gains taxation, tax withholding, intermediary obligations, and familiarity with the Polish PIT-8C form, currency conversion rules, gain/loss settlement, and Withholding Tax - WHT.
• General understanding of international tax information exchange standards (CRS, FATCA).
• Ability to read and interpret tax regulations/legal rulings and translate them into business logic and algorithms.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Coordinator on IT/financial implementation projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end: from requirements analysis, developer support, to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong data skills: advanced Excel skills required; basic SQL for database calculation verification is a plus.
• Personal or professional experience in capital markets investing (stocks, ETFs, crypto) is a plus.
• High autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Shape the product by defining its future vision and selecting KPIs aligned with area and company goals.
• Validate product decisions through research and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Translate the product vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team.
• Coordinate collaboration with the legal department, risk department, marketing, and technical departments.
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead.
• Use metrics to justify decisions, avoiding guesswork.
