Luigi's Box is a fast-growing scale-up in the SaaS industry specializing in site search and product discovery. Their AI-powered search & discovery suite serves over 4,000 online stores including clients like Notino, Benu, O2, and Under Armour. The company has around 120 experts across 10+ countries and is expanding in the Czech, Slovak, Polish, DACH, and Benelux markets.

• Professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Deep hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Strong ability to read and review JavaScript and front-end patterns, with willingness to get hands-on coding.
• Understanding of modern web stacks (SPAs, server-side rendering, mobile apps, middleware, caching).
• Consulting skills with honest advice and viable alternatives.
• Peer-level communication with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Methodical debugging skills using Browser DevTools without direct code access.
• Ownership mindset ensuring projects progress and risks are flagged.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude.

Nice to have:

• Experience with analytics tracking including DataLayer implementations and GA4.
• Previous solutions engineering, technical consulting, or integration-heavy SaaS experience.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as IdoSell, Shoptet, Shopify, Magento, or PrestaShop.
• Experience collaborating with Sales on pre-sale scoping or POCs.

Advise before the solution is decided:

• Join calls to assess client technical constraints and recommend integration approaches.
• Lay out trade-offs such as speed, cost, maintenance, ownership, and risk during pre-sale or POC scoping.
• Monitor projects to identify and redirect inefficient workarounds.

Design the integration architecture:

• Own the integration design including APIs, flow, identity, and error handling tailored to client tech stacks.
• Work across Luigi's Box API surface including Search, Autocomplete, Recommender, Assistant, Content Updates, and Events APIs.

Review and validate what the client builds:

• Review client implementations for adherence to best practices, often by analyzing behavior and data rather than source code.
• Debug issues by guiding evidence gathering and isolating problems.
• Specify correct data and analytics structure and validate implementations end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot and adjust front-end code using the DataLayer collector when needed.
• Ensure no integration goes live without validated outcomes.

Own the client relationship and momentum:

• Run technical kickoffs, provide fast and precise support, and tailor documentation guidance to client stacks.
• Drive project progress through clear next steps, proactive follow-ups, and early flagging of timeline risks.
• Maintain accurate project status in Jira.
