Project Manager in Collections & Asset Recovery / Russian Speaker

Whizz is a long-range e-bikes subscription-based service intended to offer monthly rental and maintenance of last-mile vehicles with the key focus on delivery drivers and delivery businesses. We strive to help delivery drivers and businesses achieve higher earnings by providing them with more than simply a vehicle for the best value.

• 5+ years of experience in project or product management within operationally complex businesses, with responsibility for improving processes, systems, and business performance.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with collections, delinquent customers, fraud prevention or asset recovery is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code or similar is required.
• Comfortable working with CRM/ERP systems, workflows and operational data.
• Ability to independently identify problems, test solutions and drive implementation.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Russian language proficiency is a plus.
• Availability during US Eastern Time business hours.

• Lead projects aimed at improving collections and equipment recovery performance.
• Develop, test and optimize strategies to reduce delinquency, fraud, theft and asset loss.
• Improve customer risk scoring using customers' data, payment history, and operational data.
• Optimize the full recovery process: early-stage collections, payment plans, hard collections, repossession and external escalation.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify patterns behind default, fraud and equipment loss.
• Design and test new workflows, policies, communication strategies and recovery approaches.
• Define and improve KPIs across collections, fraud and repossession.
• Use AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code for data analysis, prototyping, automation and internal tool development.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Support, Analytics, and Marketing teams to implement changes.
• Track results and report directly to senior management and founders.
