Principal Product Manager (XDR & Exposure Management) - Security Solutions

• 7–10 years of product management experience with at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, or security operations as product manager or practitioner such as SOC analyst or incident responder.
• Understanding of exposure prioritization distinguishing from raw scanning and asset inventory.
• Solid comprehension of analytics and data science behind detection and prioritization plus knowledge of current cyber threat landscape; familiarity with AI security is a plus.
• Technical credibility to produce quality requirements and assess architectural feasibility.
• Executive presence for engagement with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Use AI tooling regularly in workflow and assume ownership over AI-augmented work outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a matrix organization to align multiple stakeholders and drive execution autonomously with principal-level judgment.
• Adaptability to different projects, teams, and autonomy in communication and results within a distributed team environment.

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across cross-domain detection and response including endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Lead expansion into exposure and vulnerability management including patch management, device control, firewall management, and remediation workflows.
• Integrate attack surface and cloud posture signals as inputs to XDR prioritization rather than building separate products.
• Partner with the Entity Analytics team for asset criticality and exposure prioritization.
• Serve as product voice with senior stakeholders such as CISOs and VPs of Security Operations, delivering roadmap direction including reprioritizations.
• Become the internal authority on the competitive landscape including security vendors and MDR providers.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and Security Labs to produce clear, actionable requirements grounded in threat research.
• Create artifacts such as roadmap trackers, decision memos, and competitive briefs to provide stakeholder visibility without meetings.
