Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance & SEO)

Entire M sp. z o.o. designs, produces, and sells clothing, equipment, and accessories for military, tactical, and outdoor enthusiasts. The company employs over 350 professionals including military experts, designers, buyers, and specialists. Its brands Helikon-Tex® and Direct Action® serve military, police, and bushcraft/outdoor users. The company values ethics, attention to detail, and determination.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing / SEO/SEM
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level
• Ability to use AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and automation
• Minimum secondary education
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage time
• Diligence and accuracy
• Communicativeness

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably German

• Manage paid campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other channels for Helikon-Tex and Direct Action brands
• Analyze and optimize the performance of campaigns
• Verify SEO correctness for assigned websites
• Analyze and monitor keywords for websites and campaigns
• Analyze statistics and draw conclusions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
• Create reports
• Create tracking links (UTM) for campaigns
