Business Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing business projects in a marketplace or e-commerce model
• Practical experience in pricing, monetization, or fee model projects
• Experience managing projects at the intersection of business, legal, and technology including preparing regulations and pricing in cooperation with legal department
• Ability to define and prioritize business requirements for product and IT teams
• Experience managing teams and coordinating work of multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with sales and financial data (GMV, margin, promotion effectiveness)
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Miro, Excel, and PowerBI
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment managing several projects with different priorities simultaneously

• Manage a team delivering strategic projects for Empik Marketplace's growth and scaling
• Lead end-to-end projects on the marketplace focusing on programs, tools, and new functionalities for Sellers including defining and prioritizing business requirements, setting pricing and boundary conditions, preparing regulations, coordinating implementation with IT/Dev teams, rollout, and scaling
• Manage communication processes of new programs and functionalities to Sellers and internal teams, including preparation of informational and training materials
• Optimize processes supporting commercial teams focusing on efficiency and scalability with platform development
• Participate in strategic logistics projects including integrations with new logistics operators
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Controlling, UX, and IT teams to ensure consistency of pricing and process solutions and proper fee settlement
• Lead and report project results to stakeholders, monitoring impact on GMV, program effectiveness, and adoption level of new tools
• Manage project task backlog and map processes for planning and implementing new functionalities
