PS Configuration Engineer with German

Iron Mountain Polska Services Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a role based in Warszawa, Poland, focused on configuration and customization of low-code platforms and software delivery.

• 2-5 years experience in software delivery, system configuration, low-code platform implementation, full SDLC, and DMS platform development.
• Ability to write custom workflow and configuration scripts particularly in Python.
• Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, or VBA is an asset.
• Good understanding of data formats (XML, JSON) and web services (APIs).
• Experience with Globalscape, SQL, and MongoDB is a plus.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Living in Poland, Romania, Hungary, or Slovakia.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation solutions, incident management tools, and compliance with EU data residency regulations.

• Design & Technical Delivery: Formulate detailed solution designs and configure solutions based on existing DXP/IDP/DSP low-code platforms using Python for workflow scripts.
• Project Estimation & Execution: Estimate development effort and timelines, conduct unit testing, and assist clients with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshooting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal project teams and global clients to understand requirements, communicate status, and manage risks.
• Maintenance & Integration: Perform ongoing maintenance, software integrations, and resolve application incidents.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with change management processes, information security policies, and EU data residency restrictions.
