The headquarters is located in Niederurnen, Switzerland. The role is based in Gdańsk, Poland, supporting development of consistent, reliable, and scalable data governance practices in the Shared Service Center.
Wymagania
- Experience in data governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality or a related field
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data processes
- Experience working with ERP systems (D365/SAP) and business process design
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive change in an international environment
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English (C1) including ability to lead international meetings, facilitate workshops, present recommendations and influence stakeholders
Obowiązki
- Own Data Governance and Master Data Quality within your business domain
- Define and maintain data standards, business rules and governance principles
- Drive data quality improvements and coordinate data cleansing initiatives
- Evaluate and prioritize data and template enhancement requests
- Partner with business stakeholders, Data Specialists, Super Users and IT teams
- Support reporting, analytics and AI-related initiatives through reliable data structures
- Promote data ownership and governance best practices across the organization
- Ensure compliance with group-wide standards and governance frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of Data Specialists
- Train the organization on standards, governance policies and best practices
