Backend Developer (Nodejs)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer using Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and Node.js internals.
• Experience with NestJS and/or Express.js frameworks.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security basics.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and team-based development.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD practices.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• German proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with frontend development using React or Angular.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

• Build scalable server-side solutions for global projects across various industries.
• Collaborate within a distributed international team.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, NestJS, and/or Express.js.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and team-based development.
• Work with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
