Blender 3D Character Animator – Lip Sync & Character Animation

Medway Games is looking for a 3D Character Animator to work on a project involving the creation of short character animations based on ready-made assets. The company provides fully prepared character models, rigs, environments, and scenes.

• Experience in 3D character animation
• Good understanding of character animation principles
• Experience with lip sync animation
• Ability to work with existing character rigs
• Good sense of timing, movement, posing, and body language
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous character animation work

• Creating 3D character animations
• Preparing lip sync based on provided voice recordings
• Animating body movement, gestures, facial expressions, and character reactions
• Creating simple interactions between characters
• Ensuring natural movement, good timing, and visually appealing animation
• Working with ready-made rigged characters and prepared scenes
