Senior Supplier Enablement Specialist (2nd shift)

The Supply Chain and Procurement organization delivers communications equipment and solutions worldwide. The role supports and optimizes the supplier ecosystem within Procure-To-Pay (P2P) platforms, enhancing supplier integration and digital enablement.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, finance, technology, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) support, Procurement Operations, or Supplier Enablement.
• Experience in electronic integration and supplier onboarding within E-Procurement ecosystems.
• Experience supporting digital transitions and process/tool adaptations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use Excel/BI tools for spend data analysis.
• Ability to create training materials and guide users.
• Customer-service mindset with patience to assist non-technical suppliers.
• Willingness to work second shift (starting between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM).
• Availability to work on-site two days a week (hybrid schedule).

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform is preferred.

• Execute and manage the technical and operational onboarding of suppliers into the Purchasing platforms, monitoring cycle times and reporting progress.
• Analyze spend data and benchmarks to categorize suppliers and recommend integration levels.
• Facilitate migration of suppliers to digital channels to increase e-invoicing and reduce manual intervention.
• Analyze and transition non-compliant purchasing to approved P2P channels.
• Support creation, configuration, and maintenance of hosted and punchout catalogs.
• Liaise between suppliers, Category Managers, and IT to ensure catalog content accuracy.
• Track and report catalog coverage, adoption rates, and enablement progress.
• Provide daily troubleshooting and support for onboarding, PO transmission, and invoicing issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides for a global audience.
• Host training sessions to educate suppliers and internal users on P2P processes.
• Collaborate with IT/ERP teams to resolve integration errors and participate in system upgrades testing.

Willingness to work a second shift schedule and availability to work on-site two days a week are required.
