SAP Consultant (F/M)

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of SAP Consultant for our client from the IT, Fintech and business services industry.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, support, or transformation projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes within SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex business and system issues.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and interfaces.
• Basic ABAP debugging skills.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience with SAP reporting and compliance solutions.
• Familiarity with external systems, third-party integrations, or middleware platforms.
• Experience working in international and global organizations.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience in Agile and/or SAP Activate methodologies.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Support cross-module integration and ensure process consistency across SAP landscape.
• Participate in solution design, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams during implementation.
• Lead and support testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Support deployments, hypercare activities, and continuous improvement processes.
• Create and maintain project documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
