Software Engineer 1 (Java/Kotlin) - Allegro Ads

• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

• Build and maintain backend microservices using Kotlin and Java.
• Experiment and integrate AI tools to enhance development processes and product features.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to implement complex algorithms into user-friendly applications.
• Design and deploy new product features and advertising recommendations in the Ads Panel.
• Engage in microservice lifecycle management from design to deployment under the "you build it, you run it" philosophy.
• Participate in a greenfield approach to product development, focusing on innovation within a mature product.
• Utilize cloud-native technologies such as Spring, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
