Ness Solution is looking for a Senior Agentic SDLC Engineer to support development teams in utilizing AI to improve the entire software development lifecycle.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in roles such as Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or QA/Test Automation Engineer
- Practical experience working in software development teams and knowledge of the full SDLC
- Experience using AI/GenAI in software development processes
- Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, or open-source models
- Experience creating AI agents, workflows, prompts, or skills and integrating them with developer tools
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software development practices
- Knowledge of LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures
- Experience with production deployment of AI solutions including integration, security, monitoring, and ongoing development
- Ability to translate business and technical needs into architecture and concrete implementation solutions
- Skills in evaluating the business value of AI solutions, cost analysis, and measuring deployment effects
- Strong communication and consulting skills for collaboration with technical teams, managers, and executives
- Experience in mentoring and technical knowledge transfer
- Independence, analytical mindset, and readiness for experimentation and continuous learning
- Awareness of security, compliance, and large organization specifics, with financial sector experience preferred
Obowiązki
- Designing, building, and deploying solutions in the area of Agentic SDLC
- Creating and developing AI agents, workflows, prompts, and skills supporting software development
- Integrating AI solutions with developer tools such as repositories, CI/CD, code review processes, and testing
- Utilizing AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and M365 Copilot
- Designing and implementing solutions using LLM, RAG, and agent architectures
- Experimenting with modern frameworks including LangGraph and MCP
- Deploying AI solutions to production environments, including configuration, integration, hardening, and monitoring
- Analyzing team needs and translating them into technical solutions and implementation initiatives
- Conducting technical workshops and supporting teams in discovery processes
- Measuring AI deployment effectiveness, analyzing costs, and optimizing model usage
- Collaborating with developers, testers, analysts, and DevOps teams to adapt Agentic SDLC practices
- Supporting teams in adopting consistent AI tool usage standards
- Facilitating knowledge transfer through pair/mob programming, code reviews, and joint solution design and implementation
- Gradually transferring responsibility for maintenance and further development of implemented solutions to teams
