Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant – US Stream

Smart People is hiring for a senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central lead consultant to manage the US stream of a global SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
• Strong experience in Employee Central implementation and configuration
• Experience working as a Senior/Lead EC Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Employee Master Data and organizational structures
• Good understanding of SAP HCM PA and OM
• Experience with ESS/MSS processes
• Hands-on knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Off / Time Management
• Experience integrating EC with other SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC ↔ SAP HCM integration/replication
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with external systems
• Ability to operate as both a functional and technical/techno-functional consultant
• Experience with global implementations and/or international rollouts
• Proven experience leading Discovery, requirements and solution-design workshops
• Experience working directly with senior management and C-Level stakeholders
• Ability to independently lead a workstream and take ownership of solution design and delivery
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) and confidence in leading workshops with US stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Previous US Employee Central implementation or rollout experience
• Experience with SAP CPI / Cloud Integration, Integration Center, BIB, OData or SFAPI
• Core Hybrid / Full Cloud integration experience
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
• SAP Activate experience
• Experience with large-scale global HR transformation programmes

• Leading the Employee Central workstream for the US as part of a global implementation
• Leading Discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with the client
• Working directly with C-Level, senior managers and key business stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Working with Employee Master Data, organizational structures, PA/OM and ESS/MSS processes
• Configuration and design of Time Off / Time Management processes
• Designing and supporting integrations between Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules
• Supporting and designing Employee Central ↔ SAP HCM integrations and data replication
• Integration of SuccessFactors with external/third-party systems
• Supporting solution design, data flows, testing, migration and deployment activities
• Coordinating functional and technical aspects of the EC stream
• Ensuring alignment between the US requirements and the global SuccessFactors template
• Cooperating with other functional consultants, integration teams, architects and business stakeholders
