Package Engineer (12-month contract)

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in FMCG, Supply Chain, Packaging, R&D, or relevant technical/commercial environment.
• Experience in product and packaging development.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in matrix teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient English skills.
• Experience in a global or international business environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, new product development, and packaging supply networks is advantageous.

• Develop packaging specifications meeting design, quality, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead packaging activities for new product development and commercialization projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external suppliers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve packaging development challenges.
• Support packaging sustainability initiatives and corporate responsibility goals.
• Drive value engineering projects to improve efficiency and generate savings.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards.
