Senior Python Developer - Freelance

Netguru is a consultancy, product design, and software development company founded in 2008. Their technology stack includes Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js, React Native, Kotlin, Vue.js, Python, Django, and Elixir. They have completed over 1400 projects with nearly 600 employees worldwide and work with major brands like IKEA, Volkswagen, OLX, and Delivery Hero.

• Commercial experience building AI agents in production with strong Python skills (async, typing, tests).
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI) or ability to build agentic loops without frameworks.
• Experience working with LLM SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Experience implementing MCP servers and/or clients.
• Experience with vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone) and PostgreSQL, including hybrid search.
• Native-level Polish language skills (C2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js for application layer.
• Familiarity with evaluation/tracing tools like LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry.
• Infrastructure experience: Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, GCP, Bedrock/Vertex.
• Knowledge of the AI Act and GDPR for auditing agentic solutions.
• English language proficiency at B2+/C1 level.

• Build and deploy AI agents in production environments.
• Develop agentic loops using frameworks or custom implementations.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and/or clients.
• Work with vector databases and PostgreSQL for hybrid search solutions.
• Collaborate in a remote team using DevOps processes like Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

Project is remote but restricted to candidates based in Poland only. Polish language proficiency is a must-have. English proficiency at B2+/C1 level is also required.
