Agentic SDLC Senior Engineer

The role involves designing, building, and implementing Agentic SDLC class solutions within software development teams focused on AI agents, workflows, integration with developer tools, and CI/CD pipelines. The service is performed collaboratively with the client's teams and emphasizes knowledge transfer and autonomous maintenance and development after project completion.

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in roles like Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer, or similar.
• Practical experience in software development teams and understanding of full application lifecycle.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-based SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, and open-source models.
• Skills in building AI agents, workflows, skills, prompts, and integrating them with development environments (repositories, CI/CD, code review, tests).
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices.
• Understanding of concepts like LLM, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automation, and agent architectures; familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph and protocols like MCP is a plus.
• Experience in production deployment of AI solutions including configuration, system integration, hardening, monitoring, and iterative development.
• Ability to gather, organize, and translate business and technical needs into implementation initiatives and architecture, including use of technical workshops for discovery.

• Design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions involving AI agents, workflows, and integration with developer tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain, develop, and measure the effectiveness of these solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the client's software development teams to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Enable teams to independently maintain and develop solutions post-service.
