• Disaster recovery support (plan and participate).
• Backup tool migration.

• Lead a team of Backup & Recovery Administrators and provide 24x7 Production Support.
• Handle escalated incidents and critical tickets.
• Anticipate and predict risks/impact on production environment and handle major changes.
• Manage and report performance dashboards with capacity planning.
• Design, migration and upgradation of existing Backup Infrastructure using integrated hardware and software products.
• Create suggested target backup schedules and operational plans.
• Design media retention plans and media management process.
• Ensure all backup jobs are scheduled appropriately and expediently.
• Prepare backup reports from the existing tools.
• Agent installation and configuration of backups.
