Senior Solution Engineer

Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is a division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center dedicated to digitalizing and integrating processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture. The role is situated in the Commerce DevOps Hub in Kraków, which is responsible for engineering software powering e-Commerce as part of the global Digital & Technology Function.

• Approximately 8 years of relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including customization and configuration (workflows, plugins, entities, forms, views, dashboards)
• Experience in solution architecture and enterprise system integration
• Proficiency with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) for custom app creation and process automation
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Web API)
• Experience working with Azure components (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
• Understanding of data security best practices
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, KISS, and DRY principles
• Proficiency in version control systems

• Familiarity with GraphQL

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases

• Power Platform advanced features

• Containers and virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Power BI for reporting and data visualization

• Azure DevOps and other Azure services

• SQL Server, SSRS, and related reporting tools

• Data migration tools for Dynamics environment

• Enterprise security and compliance knowledge

• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce

• ETL tools

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, Developer) are a plus

• Excellent written and verbal English (C1)

• Design, configure, develop, and deliver IT solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure technology stack
• Customize, configure, and engineer solutions jointly with the team
• Integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
• Ensure adherence to solution standards and architectural guidelines
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and talent development activities
• Oversee and resolve immediate technical challenges
• Coordinate solution development and address technical debt
• Collaborate with Dev Leads, Product Owners, and Engineering Manager to manage workload and backlog
• Represent the domain in cross-functional technical discussions
• Take ownership of technical responsibilities and collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors
• Create and maintain documentation and processes for knowledge transfer and support
