• Przyjmowanie, rejestrowanie i obsługa zgłoszeń od klientów NMG S.A.
• Analiza zgłoszeń serwisowych pod kątem zasadności i zgodności z umową oraz nadawanie kategorii błędom
• Analiza treści zgłoszeń wprowadzanych przez klientów
• Naprawa błędów lub przekazanie ich do innych zespołów wsparcia
• Monitorowanie procesu realizacji zgłoszeń
• Prowadzenie dokumentacji zgłoszeń w Redmine lub w pliku Excel
• Wspieranie działu programistycznego w kontaktach z klientami
• Aktualizowanie systemów wdrażanych przez NMG S.A.
