Senior Release Manager

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, planning, or related roles
• Proven experience in Release Management or Deployment Management
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management within an ITIL framework
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Practical experience with CI/CD practices and deployment processes
• Basic understanding of DevOps methodologies
• Strong technical understanding and collaboration with development teams
• Experience reviewing or validating deployment plans and technical runbooks
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and adaptability
• Practical experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies
• Willingness to support planned implementation events during evenings or weekends as required
• Advanced English and Polish language skills (written and spoken)

• Coordinate and maintain release roadmaps for multiple applications
• Plan and manage multiple parallel releases and deployment activities
• Coordinate go-live and post-go-live activities
• Track change activities through the full release lifecycle
• Facilitate release decision meetings and secure stakeholder approvals
• Coordinate handover between development and operations teams
• Ensure deployment plans and runbooks are ready for execution
• Monitor release progress, risks, dependencies, and operational readiness
• Identify opportunities to improve release quality and efficiency through automation and DevOps practices
• Support adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD processes
• Contribute to release orchestration using automation tools
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Release Managers, Test Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Operations teams
• Ensure compliance with established IT processes and quality standards
