Senior Product Manager

AUTENTI Sp. z o.o. is focused on developing scalable digital products used by business clients across multiple markets.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital product development, preferably SaaS, B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Experience leading a significant product area independently from discovery and strategy through implementation to measurement and further development.
• Experience developing platform products, complex user processes, or functionalities used by diverse customer groups.
• Practical knowledge of subscription models, digital product monetization, and full customer lifecycle management.
• Experience working with business and product KPIs such as ARR/MRR, conversion, activation, product usage, retention, churn, or ARPU.
• Ability to translate business needs and user problems into scalable product solutions.
• Experience with products where security, access, permissions, or user data protection are important.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, conversion funnels, dashboards, and research results.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including technology, UX, business, sales, and marketing.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions about APIs, integrations, data models, and system dependencies.
• Independence, accountability for results, and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to transparently justify priorities.
• English language proficiency enabling fluent business and technical communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing products for business clients and solutions supporting multiple users or organizations in B2B SaaS.
• Knowledge of fintech, electronic signatures, eID, or trust services markets.
• Practical knowledge of pricing, packaging, subscription models, and commercialization of new features.
• Experience integrating products with external business or technology systems.
• Knowledge related to product security such as account security, access management, or digital identity.
• Experience in international product development across multiple markets, languages, or sales models.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or user behavior analysis tools.

• Co-create product strategy and be responsible for the development of a key product area of the platform.
• Build and maintain the roadmap and backlog based on company strategy, data, customer needs, and technological capabilities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from problem identification and discovery through delivery to results analysis and further iterations.
• Develop scalable SaaS solutions for various user groups, customer segments, and markets.
• Design and optimize key user paths focusing on simplicity, security, conversion, and retention.
• Co-create monetization mechanisms, business models, and commercialization strategies for new functionalities.
• Define goals and success metrics and make product decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify barriers affecting activation, product usage, conversion, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, data, costs, and risks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and UX teams in designing solutions and decisions about their scope.
• Cooperate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Security, Compliance, and Finance departments.
• Provide the team with clear priorities, business context, and conditions for smooth product decision-making.
• Conduct user needs research and monitor the SaaS, fintech, and digital services market and trends.
• Regularly communicate strategy, roadmap, decisions, and results to stakeholders.
