RPA Developer

Global Shared Services consists of multiple functions placed in the Punkt building in Gdańsk. The IT Services and IT Solutions division supports projects including SAP and various application development and implementation. Procurement, finance, and HR operations functions align globally to ensure optimal supply of fresh Arla products. Arla is a global leader in the dairy industry, focusing on high-quality products, sustainability, and innovation with a worldwide cooperative structure.

• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (mandatory).
• At least 3 years of experience in RPA development.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of RPA solution design including reusable components, queues, exception handling, logging, and auditability.
• Experience connecting automations with APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Logic Apps, AI Foundry, or Document Intelligence (advantage).
• Working knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL, and basic to intermediate Python skills.
• Experience with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern development practices.
• Clear communication, collaboration skills, and strong ownership of delivered solutions.

• Design, build, test, and launch automation solutions.
• Ensure automations are reliable, maintainable, and support-ready.
• Prepare clear technical documentation for solutions.
• Connect automations with other systems and applications.
• Test solutions and support business users during acceptance testing.
• Take ownership post go-live, including monitoring, issue resolution, and improvements.
• Support good development practices, knowledge sharing, and reusable components.
• Collaborate closely with business, IT colleagues, vendors, and product teams.
• Contribute to new automation ideas and innovation initiatives.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
