Novobi is engaged in ERP implementation and delivery management, focusing on serving US clients through collaboration between US consulting teams and delivery teams in Asia.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, delivery leadership, professional services, ERP, SaaS, or business-solution projects.
- Proven management of multiple workstreams, project plans, milestones, and client decisions.
- Strong English communication skills with US clients and executives.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear tasks for delivery teams.
- Experience managing project financials including budgets, forecasts, utilization, scope, and margins.
- Mastery of project management practices: planning, RAID, governance, resource coordination, quality gates, change control, escalation.
- Ability to coordinate global, cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
- Commercial awareness balancing customer outcomes and company financial health.
- Solid understanding of business processes and enterprise system implementation (deep configuration not required).
- Detail-oriented, organized, resilient, proactive with strong follow-through.
- Willingness to work US and Asia overlap hours several days a week.
- Flexibility to relocate temporarily or permanently to other Novobi offices when needed.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or similar project-management certification.
- Experience delivering ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or cloud business-solution projects internationally.
- Experience managing distributed or offshore delivery teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience in consulting/professional services with fixed-price, time-and-materials, or retainer models.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, retail, distribution, field service, or similar operations.
- Exposure to Odoo delivery, certification, or functional knowledge is a plus but not required.
Obowiązki
- Own end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects from project handover to support.
- Act as day-to-day delivery leader for US clients, managing expectations and capturing requirements.
- Bridge communication between US clients, consulting teams, and Asia delivery teams across time zones.
- Translate client and consulting requirements into well-scoped tasks for the Asia delivery team with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with US Consulting team to align project approach, priorities, and communications.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
- Establish governance cadence including kickoffs, status meetings, steering updates, and executive reporting.
- Manage RAID process (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), drive mitigation, and escalate decisions appropriately.
- Coordinate Asia-based engineering and QA teams with US consultants to maintain quality and accountability.
- Manage resource allocation, identify capability gaps, and address staffing risks.
- Monitor commercial health: budget, effort, forecast, utilization, scope changes, and margin.
- Identify and manage scope creep through change requests or recovery options.
- Lead go-live readiness, acceptance planning, project closure, lessons learned, and transition to support.
- Partner with leadership to enhance PMO capabilities, delivery standards, dashboards, templates, and coaching.
Delivery Leadership & Client Trust:
- Lead structured project delivery from launch to closure.
- Develop executive communication and handle stakeholder conversations.
- Balance client expectations with delivery constraints.
Bridging US Clients and Asia Delivery:
- Maintain clear, prioritized backlogs for remote delivery teams.
- Keep alignment across time zones for both delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Build habits and tooling for reliable asynchronous cross-region delivery.
Commercial & Resource Control:
- Own project budget, forecasting, utilization, margins, staffing, and change control.
- Use delivery data to proactively manage risks and changes.
PMO & Delivery Operations:
- Shape scalable project governance and delivery quality systems.
- Coach team members on project discipline and continuous improvement.
ERP & Business Context:
- Gain exposure to ERP business processes and Odoo delivery through partnerships.
- Lead delivery systems enabling specialist success.
