Senior Software Engineer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, it operates in 90+ markets and offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products. The Supply Engineering team in Poland connects various technical areas, integrating systems, maintaining the RTB platform, and developing critical internal services with over 120 external integrations.

• Strong software engineering experience and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and data analysis tools such as SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Colab notebooks.
• Ability to quickly adapt and design stable, scalable solutions in ambiguous or highly dynamic technical environments.
• Strong focus on clean code, reliability, and observability.

• Take full ownership of complete internal services and components, ensuring their health, scalability, and observability.
• Develop and maintain services and tools that empower non-technical teams to easily run complex analyses.
• Build and optimize backend services and data pipelines (ETL/ELT) that enrich bidding data from diverse sources.
• Conduct technical and A/B analyses to continuously improve the efficiency of bidding integrations.
• Work with a modern tech stack including Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and BigQuery.
