Wymagania
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership to implement ideas
- Willingness to learn through researching, testing, and asking questions
- Confidence in using feedback and usage data to improve adoption
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support face-to-face enablement
- Opportunity to strengthen Microsoft 365 knowledge via Microsoft Learn materials including preparation for MS-900 and AB-900 certifications
- Foundation in change or project management is valued and can be developed in the role
Obowiązki
- Understand colleagues' working needs and translate them into practical Microsoft 365 and Copilot use cases
- Drive adoption via onboarding, workshops, hands-on sessions, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement
- Create clear and engaging adoption materials such as quick guides, videos, checklists, and communication packs
- Build and support a network of champions and super-users across functions and sites
- Use feedback and usage data to identify adoption gaps, measure progress, and improve the adoption approach
