• Minimum 5 years experience designing and overseeing system architecture
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, integration practices, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation
• Practical knowledge of API governance, Event-Driven Architecture, and end-to-end observability
• Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops
• Experience co-creating technology roadmaps and risk assessments
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Service provision from territory of Poland

• Experience with Agentic SDLC and AI usage in development
• Experience with multi-cloud strategies
• Advanced practical knowledge of DDD

• Co-create and develop the property insurance system from architectural and coding perspectives

• Support development teams with architectural guidance, ensuring consistent delivery of business value
• Provide consulting and subject-matter support for design solutions
• Participate in feasibility analyses and defining implementation assumptions for system development
• Design and document system architectures
• Research and implement new technologies
• Contribute to developing technical standards and support compliance
• Support improvements in development processes and promote DevOps culture
