Software Engineer II - Poland

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, or Ruby
• Comfortable working in unfamiliar technology stacks as a polyglot engineer
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Experience with at least one test framework and fixing flaky tests
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and cloud environments like AWS
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows

• Design, develop, and test features across the application stack
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand customer problems and translate them into technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews to uphold engineering quality and share knowledge
• Deploy incremental improvements to production with confidence and ownership
• Contribute to improvements in CI/CD workflows and automated testing
• Identify and reduce friction in local development and deployment
• Leverage data and metrics to inform implementation decisions and measure impact
• Rotate and deepen expertise across backend, frontend, and mobile technologies
• Identify root causes from CI/CD job logs and resolve flaky tests
