Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert

ITFS is a company offering stable market position and cooperation conditions focused on IT projects.

• 3+ years of practical experience with iCIMS or comparable ATS system; strong preference for iCIMS administration
• Deep knowledge of recruitment processes (Talent Acquisition) from requisition creation to hiring and onboarding
• Practical ATS administration and configuration: workflows, forms, fields, templates, candidate paths/statuses, notifications, roles, and access permissions
• System maintenance, development, and 3rd line technical support incident handling
• Understanding of integrations and data flows; monitoring and resolving interface issues
• Reporting and data analysis; ability to create clear, structured documentation
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and vendors; analytical thinking and multitasking
• Very good skills in Excel; PowerPoint knowledge sufficient for professional stakeholder presentations

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors

• Acquire knowledge of the existing iCIMS area through shadowing, reverse shadowing, and readiness verification
• Daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of the iCIMS system
• Resolve L3 incidents/issues and perform root cause analysis; coordinate fixes and verify outcomes
• Support integration, data flows, interface monitoring, data quality, and reporting
• Maintain structured documentation, support procedures, release/change logs, and knowledge articles
• Support testing, deployment readiness, release communication, and change tracking
• Coordinate activities with Talent Acquisition teams, HR/IT stakeholders, iCIMS/external providers, and AMS support
• Implement continuous improvements and escalate complex issues to higher support levels

Work location: maximum 2 days per week from the office in Warsaw (to be agreed).
