Head of Delivery / Producer

LYNXBYTE GAMES is a Polish game development studio specializing in console porting and co-development services for PC and console games. They assist international developers and publishers with Nintendo Switch / Nintendo Switch 2 porting, PlayStation and Xbox development, and technical adaptation and optimization. The company serves clients ranging from indie developers to established international publishers and has recently expanded to larger AAA-level projects.

• Experience running delivery or production in a services or project-based business with portfolio management
• Background in gaming or tech services industry
• Direct client-facing experience including handling difficult conversations
• Commercial literacy including margin understanding and estimation
• Comfortable with decision-making and ownership of outcomes
• Knowledge of porting, remakes, remasters, or full game development workflows is a strong plus
• English proficiency sufficient to lead calls with international publishers

Running live projects:

• Daily status review across all active productions
• Resolving blockers before they escalate
• Coordination between the producer, teams, and QA
• Owning contractual deadlines and milestone delivery

Client ownership:

• First point of contact when a project slips or hits technical problems
• Running project calls independently
• Making decisions on project scope and execution

Budget, margin, and quality:

• P&L per project including forecasting and budget consumption
• Early detection of scope creep and escalation to protect profitability
• Quality control across delivery

Team leadership:

• 1:1s with producer and QA lead, coordination with outsourcing tech leads
• Resource allocation across projects
• Hiring, performance management, compensation, and terminations
• Driving AI adoption in daily work where impactful
